To begin (all choices are served as part of a sharing platter)

Pork Medallions served with creamed leeks

Guinea Fowl Supreme served with noodles, steamed Pak Choi and an orange & ginger sauce

Roasted Vegetable Tagine served with couscous

Feta Crushed Lamb Cutlets served with a rich tomato sauce

Pan Fried Hake served with lemon & herb butter

Spinach & ricotta cannelloni
