From the moment you enquire about a business event through to choosing the right package for your corporate event your designated meeting coordinator will be on hand, we take great pride in taking care of your business.

Five conferences and meeting rooms

Five dedicated conference rooms offer the capacity to host events for 10 to 400 delegates. The rooms themselves are bright, airy and full of natural light. They have also been designed with maximum flexibility in mind - some of the individual conference rooms can be opened up to create some impressive open spaces.

Full Business Facilities  
With our experienced events team, leading IT conference technology and wireless internet available, you'll have all you need for a successful conference or business event.

We understand business, that's why we'll handle your business event with insight and efficiency. When planning your event, our Meeting Co-ordinator will liaise with you to ensure you'll have everything you need on the day, whether that's presentation equipment, IT facilities, full breakfasts, lunches and dinners or just a well-earned cup of coffee.

On the day of your event, we'll provide you with an operational briefing sheet to ensure everything is in place and, of course, your dedicated organiser will be on hand for any additional help you may need.

A few days after your event, your Meeting Co-ordinator will ring just to make sure you were satisfied with your event.

Four hour delegate rate package
The new four hour delegate rate package includes - Meeting room for 4 hours, morning, afternoon or evening. - Room set-up with pad, pen, glasses, wrapped mints, jugs of ice water. - Flip chart stand, pad and coloured pens. - Unlimited tea and coffee with biscuit selection. - Refreshment buffet with finger food on your arrival.
